Terms of Service

1. Scope & Studio Bookings

All studio reservations, equipment rentals, and broadcast linkups coordinated with votlul are governed by these Terms. A studio booking is officially confirmed only upon written verification and receipt of a 50% reservation retainer.

2. Tariff & Payment Currency

Baseline studio recording is tariffed starting from 190 EUR per hour (with a standard 2-hour minimum reservation). Pricing is also invoiced in Canadian Dollars (CAD) based on the operational exchange rate at the billing date. Applicable Ontario provincial taxes (HST) apply to domestic billing entities.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• More than 120 hours notice: Rescheduling is permitted at no additional penalty.
• Between 48 and 120 hours notice: 50% of the booking deposit is credited toward future studio calendar dates within 90 days.
• Under 48 hours notice: Retainers are non-refundable to offset scheduled technical engineer call times.

4. Intellectual Property & Footage Ownership

The client retains 100% full legal copyright to all raw camera card assets, multi-track audio recordings, and editorial products generated during the session upon full settlement of the corresponding studio invoice.

5. Studio Safety & Facility Conduct

Smoking, vaping, unapproved open flames, and uncontained liquids on the soundstage are strictly prohibited. Clients are held liable for willful or negligent damage caused to cinema lenses, studio microphones, or acoustic baffles by their attendees.
